Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be the initial point of contact for customers seeking support and assistance. You will conduct records submission and clerical tasks, requiring familiarity with various job approaches, procedures, plan features, services, policies, and processes. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively interact with customers and provide solutions to their queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain customer phone call database, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles.
  • Administrative Support: Provide management support, profile page creation/updating, filing, information admittance, and document production.
  • Ticket Management: Create and update client service issue tickets.
  • Correspondence and Special Projects: Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the client support process and manage unique management ventures, including word-processing, data entry, and internet investigation tasks.
  • Lobby Management: Manage the business's lobby area, greeting and directing all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and consumers.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Perform general office roles, including but not limited to filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job.
  • Inventory Management: Check and manage supply products.

Essential Qualifications

  • Remote Work Experience: Proven experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.
  • MS Office Suite Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
