About the Role: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences and Driving Sales
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your ultimate goal will be to deliver a positive experience that solves customers' challenges in one call. While working to resolve issues, you will also help drive sales on products and services that will keep them happy and connected. This is a dynamic role that requires problem-solving skills, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have one or more years of customer service or sales experience.
- Be located in the state of Florida.
- Be willing to work a schedule that is primarily evenings and weekends (and occasional holidays).
- Meet all home office requirements.

- Demonstrated self-discipline, time management, and ability to collaborate virtually.
- Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product Q&A.
