Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Pharmacy Customers: Respond to inbound calls and other communication platforms from customers who reach out to Chewy for various topics, providing personalized support and solutions.
- Research and Problem-Solve: Investigate customer issues, determine appropriate solutions, and follow up as needed to ensure resolutions.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, providing critical thinking and creative solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain High Safety and Regulatory Standards: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years of Customer-Focused Experience: Proven experience working in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze situations, think critically, and develop creative solutions to customer issues.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, and adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
- Background Check and KY Rx Tech License: Must be able to pass a background check for a Kentucky Rx Tech license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharmacy or Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations.
- Customer Service Certification: Certification in customer service, such as ICSS or HDI, is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with software applications, such as CRM systems, and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
