Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent Written Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging responses to customer inquiries.
  • Previous Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Proficient in navigating and engaging on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a remote work environment, meeting productivity and performance targets.
  • Passion for Disney: A genuine passion for Disney and a desire to spread happiness and magic to our audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software: Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Disney Products and Services: Familiarity with Disney products and services, including but not limited to movies, TV shows, theme parks, and consumer products.
  • Certification in Customer Service: Certification in customer service, such as ICSS or HDI, is an asset.
