We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Support Representative - Partner Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our active process servers who are employed or contracted with ABC Legal Services. This is a full-time position that requires weekend availability and is based in Puerto Rico, offering a unique opportunity to work remotely while being part of a dynamic team.
Job Overview
As a Customer Support Representative - Partner Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our process servers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication. Your expertise will be essential in managing and distributing work, monitoring process server performance, and collaborating with team members to identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Inquiries and Resolve Issues: Provide timely and effective support to process servers, addressing their questions and concerns via phone, email, and in-house applications.
- Work Distribution and Dispatch: Oversee the distribution and dispatch of cases to process servers, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal work allocation.
- Skye Application Management: Utilize our in-house application, Skye, to track orders, ensure dispatch and fulfillment, and resolve issues on the task board.
- Process Server Status Monitoring: Regularly review process server status to ensure they are in good standing and capable of accepting and completing work.
- Status Updates and Communication: Obtain status updates on orders via phone calls, fax, and court dockets, and communicate effectively with process servers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Process Improvement: Work closely with team members to identify broken processes or inefficiencies in daily tasks and contribute to the development of solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues on the task board in Skye, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of problems.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Customer Service or IT Experience: Strongly preferred, with a focus on providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Familiarity with Legal Process: A plus, with an understanding of the legal process service industry and relevant terminology.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with process servers, internal stakeholders, and management.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
