Your Role: Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in resolving complex consumer issues, advising first-level representatives on high-level issues, and providing support to policyholders with billing questions, policy changes, and recommendations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving Complex Consumer Issues: Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Advising First-Level Representatives: Provide guidance and support to first-level representatives on high-level issues.
- Assisting Policyholders: Help policyholders with billing questions, policy changes, and recommendations.
- Providing Support: Offer support to policyholders with any policy changes requested.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
- 6 Months of Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Age 18+: You must be at least 18 years old.
- Typing Speed: A typing speed of 25 words per minute.
- High School Graduate or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort with Desktop Computer Systems: Comfort working with desktop computer systems.
- Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- 6 Months of Call Center Experience (Preferred): 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
- Logical Problem-Solving Skills: Strong logical problem-solving skills.
- Availability to Work Various Shifts: Availability to work various shifts.
- Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems: Proficiency in using Windows operating systems.
- Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: Strong organization and work prioritization skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home with Teleperformance, you'll need:
- Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
- ISP Requirements: Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- Proof of Internet Speed: You'll need to provide proof of your internet speed.
