Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix + Webhelp, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inbound customer support to resolve technical issues and address customer concerns
  • Assisting customers with billing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilizing strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills to efficiently resolve customer issues
  • Working various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or required)
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
  • The ability to work within a 40-mile radius of our Valdosta site
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other CX technologies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
