**Job Summary**
As an Impact Client Support Delegate, you will play a critical role in supporting the Inward Body Shop in all aspects of its Approved Impact Program. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle repairs, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, body shops, and other stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide work planning support to the Inward Body Shop, including coordinating with Client Guarantee Trained professionals and body shops.
* Coordinate vehicle appearance arrangements, including twist and CCC organization appearance.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, body shops, and other stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
* Coordinate rental arrangements and handoffs, ensuring smooth transitions for clients.
* Reorder materials and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
* Conduct fix surveys and coordinate transportation, ensuring that vehicles are delivered to clients in a timely and satisfactory manner.
**What You'll Bring**
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as collision repair or a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow directions and work independently.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, body shops, and other stakeholders.
* Microsoft Office experience is a plus, but not required.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as collision repair or customer service.
* Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a body shop or collision repair environment.
* Knowledge of Tesla's Approved Impact Program and processes.
* Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
