* Responding to Vehicle Status, Service Pricing, Warranty, and other inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to our customers.
* Directing non-service appointment calls to the appropriate personnel, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
* Utilizing multiple computer programs for dealership information and customer profiles, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and systems.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* To be available to work Monday - Friday with various shifts, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
