As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, responding to billing questions, making policy changes, and offering recommendations to meet their needs.
- Working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as our company's policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and sales, to resolve customer issues and provide seamless service.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
