We are seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, working from the comfort of their own homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving routine issues related to our clients' products and services.
About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Furnishing customer support via inbound and outbound calls, as well as online interactions, in the customer's preferred language
- Assisting customers in resolving basic technical issues
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information from databases
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
- Proposing additional products and services
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in both French and English
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A quiet and distraction-free home environment
- Excellent multitasking skills
- A desire to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
- A desktop or laptop computer for testing purposes (a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed)
- High-speed internet and a smartphone
