As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and repairing soft drink fountain equipment, and maintaining our refrigeration systems. - Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to company standards.
- Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and professional in all interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
