About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Pharmacy Benefit Manager business in a Work From Home opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in assisting our millions of plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. This is a full-time position with a flexible work schedule, and you will have the opportunity to learn more about healthcare while expanding your own experiences and opening doors to additional opportunities within CVS.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
- Provide solutions to help simplify plan members' healthcare experience.
- Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner.
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to relate to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life.
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A pay range of $17.00 - $27.90 per hour.
