About the Role: B2B Sales Account Executive

We're seeking an experienced B2B Sales Account Executive to join our team at AT&T. As a key player in our sales organization, you'll be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, and delivering innovative solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales and grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their strategic business priorities.
  • Build and maintain a network of colleagues and customers to share information, identify prospects, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop and present proposals, presentations, and bids to customers, showcasing our products, services, and solutions.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs, issues, and strategies, and deliver valuable solutions that drive results.
  • Own the account relationship and be responsible for meeting revenue objectives, demonstrating a progressive record of sales achievement.
  • Aid in devising direct sales plans and strategies, and develop strategic initiatives to grow and retain revenue streams from assigned accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, leveraging this knowledge to close sales and drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of direct work experience in B2B sales, preferably in the communications and technology industry.
  • A proven track record of sales achievement, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the communications and technology industry, with a deep understanding of the products, services, and solutions offered by AT&T.
