Job Overview
As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Sephora, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across multiple channels, including phone and chat. This remote role requires a high level of professionalism, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering high-quality client experiences. You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations, all while maintaining a deep understanding of Sephora's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat, including product purchases and service inquiries, in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate high standards for quality service, ensuring that all client interactions are positive and memorable.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, providing clients with expert advice and recommendations.
- Work closely with the quality and training team to manage performance expectations and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain open and effective communication with team leads and managers, seeking support and guidance as needed.
- Accurately document all client interactions in the call center database, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and comprehensive.
- Adhere to schedules and deadlines for both regular and special projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality goals as set by management, striving for continuous improvement and excellence.
- Communicate proactively and professionally with customers across multiple channels, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years' experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry, where you have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- The ability to deliver high-level client service under high volume, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
- Strong computer literacy and internet savvy, with experience using Windows-based applications and client relationship management tools.
- Excellent data entry skills with a typing speed of 45-55 wpm minimum, ensuring that client records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evenings, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience in live chat support (1 year preferred), where you have developed expertise in providing timely and effective support to clients via chat.
- Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry (1 year preferred), where you have gained a deep understanding of products, trends, and industry developments.
- Prior call center experience (1 year required), where you have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
