To succeed as a Bilingual Telecaller with Workwarp, you will need:

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both languages.
  • Strong convincing and client-handling skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with customers and influence their decisions positively.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role is preferred, although not essential; we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
