About the Role

As a Business Development Representative - Sales Associate at VirtueStaff, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. You'll work closely with our team to develop innovative strategies for business development, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through various sources, such as online platforms, industry events, and referrals
  • Contact potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our services and build relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for business development and growth
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Compensation and Benefits

We're offering a competitive OTE compensation package of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a commission structure, as well as a base salary once quota is hit. We're committed to rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication.
