Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Track existing workflow processes and develop frameworks to optimize their efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring seamless operations across departments.
• KPI Management: Maintain systems for tracking KPIs across departments, monitor KPI trends and performance metrics, and collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with team goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Utilize cross-departmental timeline docs to ensure all activities are properly coordinated and executed, facilitating collaboration among different functional teams to drive alignment and synergy.
• Process Support: Support process management with legal and finance teams, and assist in tracking the grant process, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Data Management: Track data and update docs and decks with the latest figures, ensuring that all materials are accurate and comprehensive.
• Partnership Development: Contribute to the evaluation of potential partnership opportunities, assist in establishing and nurturing partnerships with external stakeholders, and maintain close collaboration with Partnership, Finance & Legal Teams.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• A strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• At least 2 remote working days per week.
• A commitment to a minimum internship duration of 6 months.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in business operations, finance, or a related field.
