About Our Customer Experience Team
Our Customer Experience team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our consumers, dashers, and restaurants receive the best possible support. With a network of thousands of agents answering questions and resolving issues, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Business Systems Analyst, Learning Management, you'll play a critical role in optimizing our learning programs and ensuring our support agents have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS), including security permissions, trouble tickets, and collaboration with learning and development professionals.
- Develop and maintain standardized documentation and SLAs on LMS operational processes and procedures to ensure a comprehensive LMS governance model.
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, providing functional and technical support for LMS users and content creators.
- Utilize data to inform recommendations on enhancements, analyze learner performance, and report on training effectiveness.
- Perform user-acceptance testing, create job aids, and support documents for new program launches.
- Make recommendations for future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user experience.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 4+ years of experience in LMS administration, including creating learning paths, certifications, and badging programs, ideally with multiple LMS systems.
- 3+ years of experience leading highly creative learning teams.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to pull data from various sources and analyze it in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly changing team-oriented environment, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- An owner mentality, with a focus on quality, output-driven, proactive, and always pushing to improve.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge:
- Experience working with Salesforce, Asana, Lessonly, Articulate, and Tableau.
- Ability to think strategically and recommend solutions to complex problems while executing multiple projects and priorities day-to-day.
- Experience questioning the "why" behind objectives and surfacing areas of strategic misalignment.
- Ability to own a project, set strategy, and build an execution plan with minimal oversight.
