As a Call Center Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with expertise and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive brand experience.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls (180+) with a positive and professional demeanor, responding promptly to each caller.
  • Accurately record and document caller information, ensuring data integrity and effective follow-up.
  • Manage your time effectively to balance high call volumes with the need to provide thorough and satisfactory resolutions to each caller.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a cohesive and supportive work environment, sharing insights and feedback for process improvements.
  • Follow established scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate communication while maintaining a personalized approach.
  • Meet weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), demonstrating your ability to perform under the demands of a fast-paced call center environment.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Call Center Agent at Signpost, you'll need:

  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Previous call or contact center experience is a plus, but not required – we're willing to train the right candidate.
  • Enthusiasm for being part of a dynamic and growing company, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Good judgment and a customer-centric approach, with the ability to advocate for our customers' needs.
  • A dedicated and reliable professional with a passion for teamwork and collaboration.
  • A general comfort level with technology, preferably Google Suite (Docs/Sheets/Gmail), and the ability to type 40 WPM.

Additionally, you'll need:

  • A reliable, dedicated internet source and a distraction-free work environment.
  • Residence in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Washington.

Schedule Requirements and Flexibility

Before applying, please review our schedule requirements to ensure they align with your availability:

  • Initial training will be held over the course of the first 2 weeks of employment, M-F from 7:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. PST, starting on Monday, February 10th, 2025.
  • After training, you'll transition to one of the following shifts or similar:
    • 3:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. PST, Thurs - Mon
    • 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. PST, Thurs - Mon
    • 11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. PST, Thurs - Mon
    • 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. PST, Thurs - Mon
  • Full attendance during the initial 2 weeks of training is required.
  • Part-time options can be made available – please indicate your availability in your application.
  • We're a 24/7/365 operation, and we're looking for individuals who can accommodate schedule modifications that align with our operational needs.
