About the Role
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at AT&T, you'll be the voice of our company, providing top-notch service to our customers from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

- Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service.

- Call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime as needed.
- A dedicated workspace that meets our work-from-home standards, including a secure and reliable internet connection, a dedicated desk and chair, and a quiet work environment.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be self-motivated to meet sales and performance goals.

Compensation and Benefits
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at AT&T, you'll be eligible for a competitive salary, ranging from $15.54 to $17.36 per hour, plus additional compensation up to $3,000 if you meet sales and performance goals. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
