Key Responsibilities:
- Address a broad range of customer service call types, using creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer questions and concerns.
- Navigate multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Provide personalized recommendations for AT&T's latest products and services, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and expert knowledge of AT&T's products and services.
- Simplify complex customer bills, rate plans, and features, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Engage with Tier 3 support, third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues and provide customer resolution.
- Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service with ease.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues, including voice and data problems across multiple networks and elements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in technology and applications to provide the best possible resolutions for customers.
- Get customers up and running with the latest products and services, such as air cards, USB devices, and AT&T-provided software and applications.
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime as required.
- A dedicated and secure workspace at home, with verified internet service and a reliable high-speed connection.
- A willingness to adhere to AT&T's Work from Home (WFH) standards, including technical, security, physical, and noise level requirements.
