About the Role: Recruitment Consultants for USG M&E Proposals

We're seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team on a short-term basis to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) proposals funded by USG agencies, particularly HUD, DOI, EPA, DOT, DOL, and/or USDA. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our proposals by providing strategic staffing approaches, sourcing and recruiting top talent, and contributing to proposal writing for recruitment and staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead recruiter on USG agency-funded proposals, collaborating closely with our proposal team to ensure seamless communication on staffing and recruitment throughout the proposal process.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for all positions, crafting compelling job advertisements, sourcing and short-listing qualified candidates, participating in interviews with technical staff, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.
  • Work closely with senior technical staff to develop management plans and personnel write-ups, ensuring that candidate skill sets align with client requirements.
  • Assist in determining finalist candidates based on their skill sets and the proposal's positions/requirements.
  • Represent Social Impact with candidates, fostering candidate care and communication throughout the proposal recruitment process to build our network and long-term relationships.
  • Develop draft and final proposal organizational charts to guide recruitment and determine the proposed team structure.
  • Format and tailor CVs, create well-crafted qualifications tables, and draft personnel, staffing, and recruitment-related sections of the proposal.
  • Ensure quality assurance on personnel-related documentation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with at least five years of experience leading full-cycle recruitment for USG domestic agencies.
  • Previous experience recruiting for USG domestic agency proposals is highly desirable.
  • Excellent professionalism and oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in using online applicant systems and candidate databases as primary recruitment tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • English language oral and written fluency.
  • A commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive work and learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with federal clients and understanding their recruitment needs.
  • Familiarity with the USG M&E proposal process and requirements.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading recruitment efforts for complex proposals.
