About the Role: District Performance Coordinator (DPC)
We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated District Performance Coordinator to join our team in Region 23 District 21. As a DPC, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence across our pharmacies, ensuring they're effectively staffed, prepared for key activities, and compliant with regulatory guidelines. You'll be the critical support partner to our Pharmacy District Leader (DL, RX) and District Support Pharmacist Leader (DSPL), driving district-level performance and helping to shape the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Pharmacist Scheduling and Payroll: Manage pharmacist scheduling and payroll for the district, ensuring seamless operations and partnering with the DSPL to schedule District Support Pharmacists (DSPs) effectively.
- Vaccine Clinic Scheduling: Coordinate vaccine clinic scheduling, particularly during flu season, and ensure adequate pharmacist coverage to minimize client escalations.
- Administrative Activities: Handle a range of administrative tasks, including expenses, payroll, supply ordering, and more.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Pull, format, and analyze district and individual pharmacy reporting to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Follow up on outstanding issues, such as exception reporting, CRS audits, and IT/service ticket escalations.
- Calendar and Email Management: Manage the DL, RX's calendar and inbox, ensuring timely follow-up on urgent matters and using judgment to address issues independently.
- Change Champion: Serve as a champion for change, liaising with CSC partners to track and monitor progress on pilot implementations and new program rollouts.
Essential Qualifications
- Travel Requirements: Able to travel to 100% of the district's pharmacy locations and up to 20% of the time for store visits, events, and inventories.
- Work Experience: 1+ year of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment.
- Education: High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
- Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification: Obtain within 90 days of joining the role.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmacy Technician Experience: Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician is strongly preferred.
- Scheduling Systems Experience: Familiarity with mySchedule and Workbrain or other scheduling/time and attendance/payroll systems is desirable.
