Key Responsibilities: Providing Exceptional Customer Support

  • Connect directly with veterinary centers to coordinate prescription refills, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot to determine suitable solutions for clients and facility partners, following up as necessary to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately complete data entry of prescriptions into Chewy's healthcare software, maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail.
  • Work with empathy, patience, and understanding to provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, embracing feedback and using it as an opportunity to develop and improve.
  • Communicate effectively with veterinary facilities via phone (and occasionally other channels) on various topics, utilizing our internal software and systems to investigate solutions and document interactions.

Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) to effectively interact with clients, partners, and team members.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other software applications.
  • A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • The ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and securing sensitive information.
  • The ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses (such as a Pharmacy Specialist Permit from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy).
