About the Role: Chief of Staff
We're seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to support the Vice President/General Manager of CPPM in driving the day-to-day management and operations of the team. As a trusted strategic partner, you'll provide analytical, strategic, and thought leadership for key projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple teams within GCS. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Assist in building impactful presentations for key business reviews, senior management meetings, and town halls, showcasing your ability to distill complex information into compelling narratives.
- Operational Excellence: Provide planning and coordination support, including project management, analytics, and critical initiatives, to drive business outcomes and ensure efficient execution.
- Business Planning & Operations: Support the management of business planning and operations, including annual budget and investment planning, monthly budget accruals, forecast and team reviews, and operating expense management.
- Effective Communication: Craft external and internal organizational communications across multiple channels, including memos, announcements, and town halls, to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
- Collaboration & Partnership: Foster strong working relationships across the team and with business partner groups to facilitate collaboration, efficient problem-solving, and creative solutioning.
Minimum Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- A proven track record of being highly motivated and action-oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain flexible and calm under pressure.
- Strategic and analytical problem-solving skills, with demonstrated quantitative abilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong professional presence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and be a standout colleague.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present to senior stakeholders.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with the highest levels of integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Knowledge of the GCS business and/or corporate environment, with a deep understanding of the corporate payments ecosystem.
- Previous experience in a strategic planning or operational role, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes.
