Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with special HR projects as needed, identifying gaps in workflow and creating organized procedures to enhance efficiency
  • Maintain organization by ensuring employee records are accurate, HR paperwork is organized, and compliance documentation is filed
  • Attend all HR-related meetings and provide updates as needed, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Schedule associated meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring timely and effective coordination

Essential Qualifications
