Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Utilization Management and Care Management teams to support data-related projects and initiatives, driving business outcomes and improving member satisfaction.
- Routinely review data for accuracy, verifying updates and correcting current rosters, and resolving any discrepancies found to ensure data integrity.
- Research, validate, and input data from multiple sources, utilizing your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns.
- Coordinate with market resources to identify gaps in network resources, source new resources, and update all relatable files, ensuring that our members have access to the best possible care.
- Generate actionable insights based on analysis, assisting markets in aligning with enterprise goals and initiatives, and driving business growth.
- Create and maintain a repository of files for the department, ensuring that data is reliable, consistently available, and easily accessible for use and/or review.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Information Systems, or a related field, preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data coordination, analysis, or a related role, with a strong understanding of the healthcare system, specifically utilization management and/or case management.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and SharePoint.
