Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Advocate II - India to join our team. As a Customer Care Advocate, you will serve as the primary contact for requests for orders, quotes, product questions, as well as a myriad of other customer inquiries. This role ensures a seamless customer experience through expertise, ownership, accountability, and responsiveness. You will build relationships and an overserve model with top accounts, handle non-routine, technical & complex customer questions with a high sense of ownership and urgency, and resolve customer issues with limited authority and offer solutions within the Customer Care department guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Drive cross-functional team collaboration to drive the customer experience
- Handle internal & external customer inquiries, quotes & orders
- Support corporate initiatives designed to overserve our customers while providing an effortless customer experience
- Handle customer escalations, autonomously with first contact resolution when possible
- Work with internal teams with a high sense of accountability and urgency
- Collaborate with other teams to drive resolution/shipment on open order reports
- Lead training initiatives within the department and work with Supervisors in the creation of Training Tools and Job Aids
- Serve as an escalation point for junior level associates & is a resource within the customer care department
- Handle complex customer inquiries with expanded product knowledge
- Assist Management with reports and provide other team members with daily direction on tasks
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Care or relevant field
- Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
- Advanced product knowledge and experience with in-depth processes and systems to address more complex customer inquiries
- Dedication to 80-20 overserve strategies
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a similar industry or role
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
