Job Description and Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be the face of American Express to our customers, acting as an ambassador of the brand. You will deliver superior service to Card Members visiting the Centurion Lounge, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and Providing Access: Greet Card Members upon arrival at reception and provide access to the lounge, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 1 Year of Recent Experience: Servicing premium customers in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Airline, Lounge, or Travel Industry Experience: Required, including reservation experience, with a strong understanding of the travel industry and its nuances.
