About the Role: Customer Service Agent - No Phone

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams to provide top-notch support to our customers via live chat. This is a fully remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. You'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites and social media accounts, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to live chat messages from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues
  • Utilize tools such as Facebook Messenger to communicate with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure seamless customer support

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess exceptional communication and writing skills, as well as the ability to think outside the box.
