About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Workwarp, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy. Our customer service team is divided into three main areas: customer experience, scheduling, and tech support. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to wear multiple hats, supporting the launch into a new country and handling a variety of responsibilities across these teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
- Verify information, set up appointments, and coordinate installations between customers and technicians.
- Offer technical support for pre-installation, troubleshooting installation issues, and post-installation troubleshooting.
- Manage administrative tasks, including responding to emails and completing tasks to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive feedback, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Work closely with the scheduling team to coordinate installations, verify third-party agreements, and schedule or reschedule installs as necessary.
What You'll Be Supporting
In this role, you will be supporting the installation and use of devices that enable secure package delivery for big rental or leasing companies. These devices are installed on customers' doors, allowing Amazon drivers to deliver packages efficiently. You will be the liaison between customers, technicians, and internal teams, ensuring that all aspects of the installation and support process are handled with precision and care.
Work Schedule and Expectations
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work a schedule that includes queue hours from 6am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Your specific schedule will be any 5 days at a stretch, with shifts starting anytime between 6-8:30am PST. You will be expected to handle approximately 50 calls per week, as well as manage administrative tasks, including responding to emails and completing tasks.
