About the Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the difference between an average and exceptional customer experience. Your passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind will shine through as you answer incoming communications, conduct research to provide answers, and resolve issues with a smile. During a typical day, you'll:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries
  • Consult with customers on products and services, providing compassionate and personalized support
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognized product or service knowledge, with the ability to apply and explain it to customers
  • Computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • A high-speed internet connection (>25mbps) and a dedicated workspace for remote work
