Job Summary

As a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position involves executing inbound and outbound calls, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving designated sales metrics. You'll be an integral part of our customer service team, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Sales and Service Excellence: Build rapport with customers through professional phone etiquette and delivery of service throughout the entire customer sales lifecycle.
  • Proactive Customer Education: Engage in customer education to ensure products and applications are completely understood.
  • Issue Resolution: Contribute ideas and suggestions to proactively resolve any issues that arise throughout the customer interaction.
  • Lead Development and Sales Growth: Actively engage in developing leads, proactively calling interested and prospective customers, and driving opportunities to present additional products to current customers.
  • Customer Follow-up: Perform appropriate customer follow-up as needed to ensure customer service excellence.
  • Sales Metrics and Performance: Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales metrics.
  • Data Maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer and sales-related information within customer tracking systems.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, and continually educate yourself on all products (current and new).

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma; associate degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an inside sales/customer service environment.
  • Technical Skills: Call center phone system/cloud-based contact center-Five9 experience a plus; data entry/CRM experience; strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft products, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication/customer relations skills with a strong attention to detail and critical thinking aptitude; ability to work in a self-motivating, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Track Record: A proven track record of successful sales experience.
  • Cloud-Based Contact Center Experience: Experience with cloud-based contact centers, such as Five9.
