Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Services Specialist at AT&T, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Connecting, repairing, and rearranging cable conductors
• Reviewing and analyzing prints, diagrams, or schematic drawings
• Splicing and waterproofing coverings
• Repairing and maintaining outside plant facilities
• Climbing ladders and poles as needed
• Working outdoors in all kinds of weather
