About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at Lodgify, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be helping customers navigate and succeed with our software, becoming a product expert, and guiding them in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting issues, offering advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Respond promptly to support requests, troubleshoot issues, and offer advice to help customers get the most out of Lodgify's software.
  • Be a Product Expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of Lodgify's platform and features, and guide customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses.
  • Troubleshoot and Solve Technical Issues: Identify and resolve general technical issues related to the Lodgify platform, and escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
  • Report Customer Feedback and Issues: Collect and document customer feedback, and report issues to relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Document Software Bugs and Issues: Identify and document any software bugs or issues, and collaborate with the development team to resolve them.

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist with:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in Technical Customer Support: A background in technical customer support or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.

  • Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, Portuguese, or French.
