What Does the Job Entail?

As a Customer Support Specialist in our Samsung team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers.
  • Resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and good command of Russian and English (B2).
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in a call center environment, is an advantage, but not mandatory.
