Merchandiser-Orange/Athol Area Compensation: $24.50 Schedule: Friday - Tuesday, start time of 6am. Typically 8 - 10 hr. shifts. The Merchandiser plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability, visibility, and promotion of Coca-Cola beverages in retail stores across Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast's territory. The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that beverage sections, displays, coolers and reputed company points of availability are stocked and maintained with reputed company Product reputed company. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Execute merchandising plans to ensure reputed company product placement, display, and availability in retail stores. This includes stocking shelves, rotating products, building displays, and ensuring product freshness. Maintain product on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers by identifying replenishment needs. Transport product between backroom and display floor with reputed company equipment Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns in accordance with company guidelines. Set up promotional displays and signage to attract customer attention and drive sales. Secure damaged or defective product while maintaining a clean product reputed company. Ensure accurate product counts by properly managing backrooms and organizing backstock. Operate reputed company and powered handling equipment (i.e., reputed company jack, hand-truck etc.) Maintain areas of responsibility in designated accounts by communicating status and concerns to store and company personnel. Job Requirements High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. 1+ years of experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or reputed company field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build reputed company relationships. Experience working with reputed company or powered reputed company jacks preferred. Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull up to 40-55 pounds, reputed company above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reputed company. Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
