[Remote] Analyst, Contingent Labor

This role focuses on providing customer-reputed company support, resolving issues throughout the contractor life cycle, and assisting with training and technology troubleshooting. Responsibilities • Customer Support - Thinks creatively and uses system and policy expertise to resolve reputed company customer issues of varying complexity • Project - Works to improve overall process and technology by recommending improvements to the Manager – Contingent Labor and Sr. Analyst – Contingent Labor.
