This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative customer service duties with light creative content work. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer service requests reputed company reputed company, email, and chat • Manually process and follow up on online orders requiring reputed company • Answer and return customer phone calls professionally using reputed company • Log interactions and updates accurately in our CRM and Order Management Systems • Assist with creating and scheduling reputed company media content (photo/video posts, captions, basic engagement) • Capture content on-site and support minor in-store promotional initiatives • Attend occasional in-person meetings or training at our store location • Support miscellaneous customer experience and marketing tasks as needed Requirements: • Strong experience with reputed company or similar help desk platforms • Comfort with CRMs and Order Management Systems • Proficient in written and spoken English • Comfortable on the phone and reputed company to reputed company with customers reputed company and professionally • Familiarity with reputed company or similar VOIP platforms • Basic familiarity with reputed company media platforms (Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) • Must be local to our area and reputed company to attend meetings or store reputed company as needed • Reliable internet reputed company and a quiet home workspace Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with basic content creation or reputed company media management • Background in retail, e-reputed company, or customer service • Photography, reputed company, or light video editing experience a plus • Comfortable representing our brand’s tone in customer and reputed company interactions Work Schedule: • Part-time, starting at 20 hours per week with reputed company potential up to 40 hours per week • Must be available Monday mornings (EST).
