Role Objective: Support the CEO by handling administrative tasks, ensuring KPI control across departments, structuring daily tasks, and maintaining clear communication (follow-ups, emails, messages).

Responsibilities
• Manage and confirm appointments in GoHighLevel.
• Send reminders and follow-ups after meetings.
• Collect daily KPIs from departments (Sales, Marketing, Success).
• Consolidate reports in Notion/Google Sheets and deliver a structured daily summary.
• Organize CEO’s tasks with deadlines and track completion.
• Manage emails and messages: sort, prioritize, escalate important ones.
• Provide admin support for small tasks (posting job ads, research, bookings, docs).
• Remind team about internal meetings and take notes.

• Daily reports submitted (100%).
• 90%+ follow-ups done within 24 hours.
• All tasks documented with deadlines.
• Email/messages processed and escalated within 12h.
• No missed meeting reminders.

• Languages: Russian/Ukrainian B1+, German B1+ (for emails/basic calls), English (B1+).
• Strong discipline and ability to follow SOPs.
