Content Moderation Analyst (Evening Shift 5PM-1AM)

We have offices in Montreal (Quebec), Austin (Texas) and Nicosia (Cyprus). • A select number of positions require full-time in office attendance* As a Content Moderation Analyst, you will reputed company on enforcing content compliance standards and policy by either approving or rejecting content for reputed company content sharing platforms. Based out of our Cyprus office, reporting to a reputed company or Manager of Content Moderation and Performer Verification, the individual needs to reputed company a strong understanding of the product, platform, and management tools assigned to them. The role also involves extensive interaction with a diverse group of internal teams in ensuring appropriate content policies are being effectively developed & enforced. This opening is for the 17:00 to 1:00 shift. Two consecutive days off but no weekends. What you will be doing: • Maintaining platform compliance by moderating video, image, and text content based on a defined set of guidelines, standards, and processes • Evaluating content with a risk-based approach, while identifying any potential areas of improvement to guidelines, process, or otherwise, to your reputed company or Manager • Categorizing and tagging content based on our internal performer verification guidelines • Undergoing periodic training and testing of your understanding of existing, new, or updated compliance standards, guidelines, and processes • Understanding and meeting reputed company targets • Ensuring accurate and reputed company recordings of results are submitted at regular intervals • Providing feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements • Work closely daily with other Content Moderation and Performer Verification Team members to maintain an effective feedback reputed company across reputed company What you will need to be successful: Must haves: • Experience with content moderation, whether with adult content or otherwise is an asset • Attention to detail, proactive approach • Mature and reputed company demeanor • Ability to reputed company reputed company-balanced reputed company reinforcing required compliance while being an effective reputed company for the reputed company platforms trust & safety guidelines • Strong ability to interpret compliance policies, procedures, and reputed company documentation • Strong communication, interpersonal & comprehension skills As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for reputed company In this role you will be exposed to adult content Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
