Role and Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for sorting and organizing incoming and outgoing mail to ensure it reaches the right destination on time. You will handle documents with care, follow established procedures, and maintain a steady workflow. Key responsibilities include: • Sort and organize mail and packages by destination and delivery route. • Operate sorting equipment and follow proper handling protocols. • Inspect and verify addresses for accuracy. • Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure operational efficiency. • Collaborate with team members to meet daily sorting targets and deadlines. Required Skills and Experience: • No degree or prior experience required – entry-level position. • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in sorting and labeling. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or mailroom environments. • Familiarity with basic sorting or scanning equipment.
