Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers by thinking critically, providing personalized support, and adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at Chewy, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
