Key Responsibilities: Delivering Expert Customer Experiences
As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business success for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Clarifying customer requirements and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport with customers
- Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
- Preparing complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required
- Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in our call tracking database
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations
Your Qualifications: The Skills and Competencies We Look For
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A high school diploma with six months of customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- The ability to multi-task, be flexible, and adapt to changes quickly
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently
- Patience and professionalism in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant tone and manner
- Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or contact center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
