About the Role: Driver Merchandiser OnPremise

As a Delivery Driver CDL, you'll be the face of our company, delivering products to customer locations while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our products are merchandised to perfection. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on your assigned route in a timely and professional manner.
• Merchandise and rotate products on displays and in cold drink equipment according to Company standards.
• Maintain and organize Coca-Cola stock, including picking up damaged and dated products, empty shells, and pallets.
• Set up and maintain sales promotion displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Ensure the neat appearance of all Coca-Cola Consolidated equipment and products in assigned accounts.
• Foster strong relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
• Perform daily Pre-trip and Post-trip inspections on your assigned vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage cash, products, and assets daily, ensuring accurate accounting and minimal discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team and drive business results.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) - Class B required, Class A preferred.
• The ability to pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• A high degree of integrity and sound judgment.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment that involves continuous lifting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively and push/pull manual and powered material handling equipment.
• Availability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and the ability to read, speak, write, and understand English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management.
• An excellent safety record.
• A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a good driving history.
