About the Role

The Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing key operational and staffing metrics to enhance functional and financial performance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models and forecasts to proactively identify ACS staffing needs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze resource utilization and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create reports related to the execution of resource planning initiatives.
• Examine trends in ACS resource planning and stay updated on industry best practices.
• Extract and analyze data from various sources for use in analysis, models, and project development.
• Develop new data sources and analytical models to drive business insights.
• Apply descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to highlight business challenges and potential solutions.
• Transform data into actionable insights using data visualization and analytical storytelling techniques.
• Support complex process improvement and project management initiatives.
• Present findings to OAP and business unit leaders, including senior executives.

Essential Qualifications
