Key Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time CDP to meet enterprise needs.
• Supporting new development, configuration, and protection on the platform.
• Providing technical understanding and guidance to internal teams concerning the segment-building and RT-CDP platform.
• Troubleshooting technical problems related to the platform and enforcing solutions.
• Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on tech needs and implementations.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments and best practices associated with Adobe Experience Platform.
• Accomplishing regular audits to ensure the most effective use of the platform.
• Leading training sessions to upskill internal groups on the effective use of the platform.
• Participating with Adobe guide and consulting corporations to coordinate product improvements and workarounds.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal information.

• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience related to technical data management & marketing solution experience.
• Strong technical abilities, especially with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent.
• Capacity to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues.
• Exceptional verbal communication capabilities, capable of conveying technical standards to non-technical audiences.
• Robust analytical talents.
• Superior degree in business, computer technology, data technology, or associated field.
• Experience with customer data structures, including Adobe Experience Platform or comparable platforms like Salesforce C360 or Segment.
• Proven track record of successfully handling and implementing complex enterprise-level systems.
• In-depth expertise of data governance and data control best practices.
• Prior experience in a big-scale e-commerce or digital business environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization.
