Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at Driveway Finance Corporation, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers via phone and email. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers with questions, concerns, or issues related to their accounts, and you'll work closely with our Collections Team to ensure seamless account management. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails in a call center environment while delivering quality service and support
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, declined payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Prepare documents as needed to fulfill customer requests and resolve issues
- Educate and counsel customers on account terms, payment options, and other relevant information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information
- Forward delinquent accounts to the Collections Team for account management
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous telephone customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to perform accurate data input into a variety of software systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.) and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of loan processing systems and automotive industry terminology
