As a Digital Marketing Intern, you'll be working alongside seasoned professionals, participating in team-building activities, and contributing to exciting projects that span across digital media. You'll have the chance to:

- Work on a variety of projects, including competitive analysis, reporting documents, and strategy projects
- Participate in a summer project with fellow interns, presenting to leadership at the end
Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the team on upcoming retail media projects
- Creating reporting documents and conducting competitive analysis
- Attending meetings with vendors and internal partners
- Participating in the summer project with fellow interns
- Helping support the audit process and assisting with strategy projects as assigned
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- To be progressing towards a bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Retailing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field
- The ability to multitask, work with a team, and meet deadlines
- A high level of initiative, motivation, and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs skills

As a Digital Marketing Intern at Lands' End, you'll receive:
- A competitive hourly rate of $20/hr
- A twelve-week program, running from May 19 to August 8, 2025
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm CT, with summer hours on Fridays (1pm CT finish)

Work Environment and Company Culture
Lands' End is committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all employees. As a remote intern, you'll be working from home, but you'll still have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and participate in team-building activities. If you reside within 60 miles of Lands' End's offices in Dodgeville, WI, or New York, NY, you may be expected to collaborate onsite in a hybrid fashion for up to 12 days per month.
